about
SO WHY READ THIS?
My intent in this blog is to offer my perspectives on political discourse in a divided democracy. Information is offered to provoke thinking by the reader regardless of political leaning or party membership. I do not expect all readers to agree with me especially when I offer an opinion. In some cases, the facts are the facts. My expectation is that any form of discussion, debate or even argument is based on facts. I am attempting to keep any voter informed of current and future issues that require their involvement whether as an advocate participant in the process of democracy.
Over the last 20 years I served as The Director of Community Development for the City of Maryland Heights, a suburban community in the St. Louis region.
Throughout the course of my career I have engaged in the education and training of citizen planners municipal and elected officials in programs sponsored by Rutgers University, University of Missouri St. Louis and St. Louis University.
